Melissa-Anne Leduc holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Ottawa. She also studied in Rochester, New York and Calgary, Alberta to specialize in dance and movement therapy. In addition, she holds an Integrative Somatic Trauma Certificate. She is also a Trauma-informed Yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance and completed a practical mindfulness training. She is currently working in a school setting as a Social worker. She has a strong background working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, body image issues and attachment related trauma. She is also the mom of a beautiful 3 year old who is her biggest teacher.

Olivia Gilmer-Chekosky is a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist who works from a trauma-sensitive and attachment focused lens. She obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from Carleton University and is currently working at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario and in private practice. She is trained in EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, Trauma-Informed and Somatic approaches. She is also a Trauma-informed Yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. She is passionate about body-based healing modalities and has also been dancing for over 12 years.
